The hydraulic presses for disassembly/ assembly of solid tires are produced by Italmatic in the factory of Capannori Lucca and are available in different versions :

  • 109002 I.T. 100 for rims from 8 up to 15 with power 3 hp and 100 ton. of thrust
  • 109004 I.T. 150 for rims from 8 to 20 with power 5.5 hp and 150 ton. of thrust
  • 109006 I.T. 200 for rims from 8 up to 24 with power 5.5 hp and 200 ton. of thrust
  • 109008 I.T. 280 for rims from 8 up to 25 with power 7.5 hp and 280 ton. of thrust
  • 109010 I.T. 400 for rims from 8 to 25 with power 7.5 hp and 400 ton. of thrust

A series of accessories are also available for the disassembly and reassembly of all super elastic solid tires such as push and pull-out cages, wedge-in cylinders, piston extensions and other accessories.
