Fiber Laser System Machinery for Engraving Any Type of Text: QR codes, barcodes, logos, numbers, letters, and designs can be imported from external sources or created using the integrated CAD system. The machine is equipped with a 30W fiber laser with the option to use a UV laser as well. The writing field is limited to a diameter of 150mm. The machine can rotate the tire with a joystick to identify the correct engraving area. Another control allows raising or lowering the laser to center it correctly on the sidewall to be written on. The laser also features a system that projects the desired text directly onto the tire sidewall. To ensure precise positioning, a pneumatic system will always position the laser at the optimal distance.
